Dragon Hound for Ember

She has four contests, one to redesign ember, her character, one to create a new character for her, one to draw ember and blacky's pups, and one for a partner of ember.

Ember I hope you like him/her! But if I don't win I am going to have him. I might make adoptables of dragon hounds later that you can buy though.

Size: twice the size of a wolf
Food:Elk
How they hunt: They chase their prey and then knock it to the ground. After that they stab their poison barbs on their tail into the center of the prey. The prey is now harmless and all it does is breathe as it slowely dies. The dragon hound can now start eating.
Communityragon hounds sometimes may for groups of 2-4 that hunt and sleep together.
Life Cycle:They are born from eggs. As a child, only the mother raises them. Then, when they are matured they leave their parents. They get to choose when they leave, the parents don't kick them out. Once they found a suitable mate, the female lays 1-5 eggs, usually in a cave or underground den. When the eggs hatch they will raise them. Males looking for mates sometimes find mothers with children, but if the male insists the female may still mate with him. Once the dragon hounds are too old to care for children,they will become lone elders or live in a group until they die.
